最近,在民用收发信机和调幅调频的解调器上正在广泛使用的锁相环频率合成技术,由于从小规模集成化发展到大规模集成化,其成本大幅度下降,而应用范围会得到进一步扩大。但是,在目前的某些领域,由于锁相环系统尚不能确立,同时在所使用的器件的工作速度上存在着问题,致使难以完全实现集成化(特别是大规模集成)。因此,本文就解调用锁相环、频率合成器用锁相环方面,提出为实现集成化所使用的部件、必要的条件以及存在问题,并从电路和器件两方面讨论其现状及今后的动向。
Recently, phase locked loop frequency synthesis technology, which is widely used in commercial transceivers and AM demodulators, has been greatly reduced in cost due to the development from small-scale integration to large-scale integration, and the application range has been further improved expand. However, in some fields at present, it is difficult to fully realize the integration (especially the large-scale integration) because the phase-locked loop system can not be established and there is a problem in the working speed of the used devices. Therefore, in this paper, the phase-locked loops for PLL demodulator and phase-locked loop for frequency synthesizer are put forward, the necessary conditions and the existing problems for the integrated circuit, and the current situation and future trends .
