鼓室重建术目前主要用软骨来代替被疾病所损坏的听骨。因为其高度排出率,钢丝和塑料假体基本上已被淘汰。本文目的是以组织学和组织化学的方法证实被植入中耳腔的软骨的结局。软骨是在再次鼓室成形术中取得的。之所以重做手术,是因为第一次手术未能获得满意听力,或所得听力又减退,并不因移植软骨由中耳腔排出而再次手术。作者共做8例,6例自体软骨在中耳腔6~18个月,2例同种异体软骨分别
Tympanic reconstruction is currently mainly used to replace cartilage damaged by the disease of the ossicles. Because of their high rate of discharge, wire and plastic prostheses have basically been eliminated. The purpose of this paper is to confirm the outcome of cartilage implanted in the middle ear cavity by histological and histochemical methods. Cartilage is obtained in re-tympanoplasty. The reason for re-operation is because the first operation failed to obtain satisfactory hearing, or hearing loss and decline, not because of the removal of cartilage from the middle ear cavity and re-surgery.
