目的:探究口服药发放流程在精神科患者用药安全护理中的应用效果。方法:研究时间为2014~2015年,自2015年1月起实施口服药发放流程,口服药发放流程共包括9个步骤,分别为核对、评估、告知、准备、复核、解释、实施、整理、记录,组织全体精神科护士进行口服药发放流程的培训工作,采用醒目标识加强指引,做好质控工作严格落实,比较2015年全年和2014年全年口服药物发放差错发生率及双人查对制度执行率。结果:2015年口服药发放差错发生率为0.04%,双人查对执行率为96.75%,2014年口服药发放差错发生率为0.41%,双人查对执行率为70.51%,2015年用药安全管理质量显著高于2014年(P<0.05)。结论:在精神科实施口服药发放流程有效的提高了护士的认知,改善了错误的工作行为,提高了护士的工作责任心,确保了双人查对制度的执行,减少了口服药发放差错事件的发生。
Objective: To investigate the application effect of oral drug delivery process in the medication safety nursing for psychiatric patients. Methods: The study period was from 2014 to 2015, and the oral drug dispensing process was implemented since January 2015. The oral drug dispensing process consists of 9 steps, namely verification, assessment, notification, preparation, review, explanation, Record and organize the training of all psychiatric nurses in the process of oral drug release, strengthen the guidelines with striking signs, and strictly carry out quality control work. Results: The incidence of oral drug misuse in 2015 was 0.04%, that of double check was 96.75%, that of oral medication in 2014 was 0.41%, that of double check was 70.51%, and that of drug safety management in 2015 Significantly higher than in 2014 (P <0.05). Conclusion: The oral drug delivery process in psychiatric department effectively improved the nurses ’cognition, improved the wrong working behaviors, improved the nurses’ responsibility to work, ensured the double investigation of the system and reduced the errors of oral drug dispensing happened.
