目的:观察重症哮喘患者采用大剂量皮质激素联合BiPAP呼吸机辅助治疗的临床疗效。方法:66例重症哮喘患者,随机均分为研究组与对照组,两组患者皆采用常规皮质激素治疗联合BiPAP呼吸机辅助治疗,其中对照组应用的皮质激素为小剂量,研究组则为大剂量皮质激素。对比分析两组患者临床效果,同时记录两组患者治疗前后相关症状变化情况,以及呼吸频率、心率、动脉血氧分压及动脉血氧饱和度等,同时做好对比分析。结果:研究组总有效率要明显优于对照组患者,前者为93.94%,后者为81.82%;两组患者在治疗后呼吸频率、心率、动脉血氧分压及动脉血氧饱和度等方面皆有一定改善,与治疗前相较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但研究组改善更为显著,组间对比差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者在临床症状改善上也要明显优于对照组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于重症哮喘患者,采用大剂量皮质激素联合BiPAP呼吸机辅助治疗可以取得比较明显的效果,除了疗效确切外,在改善患者心率、呼吸频率、动脉血氧分压、临床症状等方面更为显著,值得临床借鉴。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of high-dose corticosteroids combined with BiPAP ventilator-assisted therapy in patients with severe asthma. Methods: Sixty-six patients with severe asthma were randomly divided into study group and control group. The two groups were treated with conventional corticosteroid plus BiPAP ventilator. The control group received low dose of corticosteroids and the study group was large Dose of corticosteroids. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. The changes of symptoms, respiratory rate, heart rate, arterial partial pressure of oxygen and arterial oxygen saturation of the two groups were also recorded before and after treatment. Results: The total effective rate in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group, with the former 93.94% and the latter 81.82%. Conclusion: For patients with severe asthma, high-dose corticosteroids combined with BiPAP ventilator-assisted therapy can achieve more obvious effects.
