针对目前先进的喷雾干燥和传统的掺胶工艺两种混合料制备工艺的优缺点,进行了PEG成型剂在真空搅拌干燥工艺上的应用研究。实验选用代表性较强的YG8牌号,通过喷雾干燥、传统掺胶及真空搅拌干燥实验工艺制取PEG混合料、石蜡混合料、橡胶混合料和PEG实验料,并烧结成合金,进行流动性、松装密度、压制压力、压坯强度、压坯断口以及合金的性能和金相检测。结果表明,实验工艺成型剂掺入均匀,可制取成型性和流动性兼备的混合料,所制取的合金力学性能优良,具有很强的推广应用性。
Aiming at the advantages and disadvantages of the current advanced spray drying and traditional blending process, the application of PEG molding agent in vacuum mixing and drying process was studied. Experimental selection of a strong representative of YG8 grade, through the spray-drying, mixing and mixing the traditional vacuum drying process experimental preparation of PEG mixture, paraffin mixture, rubber mixture and PEG experimental materials, and sintered into alloys for fluidity, Loose density, compression pressure, green strength, green fracture and alloy performance and metallographic testing. The results show that the experimental process of molding agent mixed evenly, can be obtained both the molding and fluidity of the mixture, the alloy prepared by excellent mechanical properties, has a strong application of the promotion.
