这学期,我接任了一个五年级的班级。初看全班的语文成绩都不错,可是一走进课堂,却让我吃惊不小。学生的成绩与课堂表现判若两人。归纳起来:一是,学生学习效率低,学习习惯很差。学生学习缺乏兴趣,学生无精打采地上课,上课时注意力不集中、做小动作、低声说话、左顾右盼。有时,一块橡皮、一支笔、一个手指头都能玩弄上半节课。二是,学生不爱动脑筋。上课时几乎没有一个同学能主动提问,有时教师提出的问题,他们也极少思考,也没有向别人表达的愿望,似乎这些问题与他们毫不相干,只是等待教师的答案。真有点儿坐“等”其成的架势。三是,学习方法呆板单一。教的字、词、句,他们是只“领”不“悟”,从来不会提出异议。四是,事事都要请示教师,很少自己动脑做主。例如,开学初的一天,发完新书后留下了几根捆绑书的废包装纸和包装带,我便请一位学生处理。他问:“老师,这废纸和包装带扔哪儿?”
This semester, I took over a fifth grade class. At first glance the whole class language proficiency is good, but one into the classroom, it surprised me. Fourth, teachers are invited to ask everything, rarely mind their own initiative. For example, on the first day of school, I left a scrap of wrapping paper and packing tape on the bundle of books after finishing the new book. I asked a student to handle it. He asked: “Teacher, where are the waste paper and packaging tapes tossed?”
