目的 比较克拉霉素与奥复星治疗男性解脲支原体尿道炎疗效，并观察其安全性。方法 治疗组：口服克拉霉素每次 500 mg，每日 2次，共进行 14天。对照组：口服奥复星每次 100 mg，每日 3次，共进行 14天。完成治疗后停药 2周复查，判定疗效，并详细记录不良反应。结果 治愈率：治疗组 87. 5％；对照组 41. 2％。 P < 0. 01，有显著差异。结论克拉霉素治疗男性解脲支原体尿道炎比奥复星治疗男性解脲支原体尿道炎疗效要好，治疗男性解脲支原体尿道炎应首选克拉霉素。
Objective To compare the efficacy of clarithromycin and oxyphenylate in the treatment of Ureaplasma urealyticum in male and observe its safety. Methods Treatment group: oral clarithromycin 500 mg twice daily for 14 days. Control group: Oral Fufang Oral Each 100 mg, 3 times a day for a total of 14 days. After the completion of treatment withdrawal 2 weeks review, determine the efficacy, and detailed records of adverse reactions. Results The cure rate was 87.5% in the treatment group and 41.2% in the control group. P <0.01, there are significant differences.
