目的：观察药物治疗失败，采用分期手术方法获得复明的真菌性角膜溃疡病人。方法：先行结膜瓣遮盖术治愈感染性病变，六个月后再行板层角膜移植改善视功能。结果：１４例植片透明，１例半透明，１１例视力达０２～０７之间。结论：采用分期手术方法治疗真菌性角膜溃疡，手术安全，并发症少，具有不受角膜材料的限制及便于普及和推广等优点。 Objective: To observe the failure of drug treatment, phacoemulsification and fungal corneal ulcer patients were obtained by staging surgery.
