本文介绍的是具有(110)[001]取向和μ_(10)不小于1870(Gs/oe)的高导磁率电磁硅钢生产方法。工艺过程包括含0.02%~0.06%C,0.0006~0.008%B,≤0.01%N_2,≤0.008%Al,2.2~4.0%si的硅钢冶炼,浇注、热轧、冷轧到0.5mm以下并在含H_2气氛,露点为10℃~66℃,温度为704℃~843℃下再结晶,脱炭退火使含炭量脱到0.005%以下,涂敷耐高温的氧化物底层,最终进行织构退火。该钢以每分钟816℃加热速度加热到704℃~843℃并在这温度范围内至少保温30秒。
This paper describes the production of high permeability silicon steel with (110) [001] orientation and μ_ (10) of not less than 1870 (Gs / oe). The process comprises the following steps: smelting, pouring, hot rolling and cold rolling of silicon steel containing 0.02% -0.06% C, 0.0006-0.008% B, ≤ 0.01% N 2, ≤0.008% Al and 2.2-4.0% si, H 2 atmosphere, dew point of 10 ℃ ~ 66 ℃, the temperature of 704 ℃ ~ 843 ℃ recrystallization, de-carbonization annealing to 0.005% below the carbon content, the coating of high temperature oxide bottom, the final texture annealing.
