在多点温度巡回检测系统中,多路切换部件干簧继电器接触电阻的变化是影响系统精度的主要因素.在传统的方案即低阻切换线路中,只有靠筛选的办法加以解决,但效果不够明显.我们在设计中采用高阻切换线路,很好地解决了干簧继电器对系统精度的影响,使之减少了20倍,有效地提高了系统的精度,是用低阻器件实现高精度多路温度巡回检测的一种新方案,具有一定的实用价值.本文介绍高阻切换线路及误差分析和系统同步措施.
In the multi-point temperature circuit detection system, the change of the contact resistance of the reed relay of the multiplexer is the main factor that affects the system accuracy.
