本实验分为二组。第一组是鸡角膜给兔移植,供片及植床的钻径均为5.5mm,共作家兔14只,观察时间2-9月,结果6只透明,3只半透明,5只全混。第二组用人角膜给猕猴(学名 Macaca mulatta;英名Rhesus monkey)移植,共作4只,第1只和第4只猴的供片直径是7.5mm,植床直径为7.0mm,第2和第3只猴的供片直径为6.2mm,植床直径为6.0mm。结果:第1只猴17天死亡,死前植片透明。第2、3只猴植片透明达一年以上,第4只猴植片透明4.5月。实验兔No.3术后3个月内皮细胞密度为2400个/mm~2。术后8个月,下降到1933个/mm~2;实验猴 No.2术后8个月内皮细胞的密度为2570个/mm~2,术后13个月时为1800个/mm~2。植片内皮的丢失率超过生理下降速度。扫描电镜检查证实:鸡角膜内皮可在兔生存9个月以上,人角膜内皮可在猴眼生存14个月以上。免疫排斥反应,早期和轻型者可用激素控制,后期和新生血管明显者,激素难以奏效。这两种动物实验模型的初步成功,为今后研究异种角膜移植提供了有用的资料。
The experiment is divided into two groups. In the first group, rabbits were transplanted with chicken cornea. The diameters of the donor and implant beds were 5.5 mm and 14 rabbits were rabbits. The observation time was from February to September. The results were 6 transparent, 3 translucent and 5 all-mixed . In the second group, rhesus monkeys (Macaca mulatta; Rhesus monkey) were transplanted with a total of 4 rabbits. The first and fourth monkeys were transplanted with a diameter of 7.5 mm and a diameter of 7.0 mm. The second and the third Three monkeys had a diameter of 6.2 mm and a bed diameter of 6.0 mm. Results: The first monkey died on day 17 and was transparent before death. The first 2, 3 monkey transplanted for more than a year, the first 4 transparent monkey 4.5 months. Experimental rabbit No. 3 after 3 months of endothelial cell density of 2400 / mm ~ 2. After 8 months, it dropped to 1933 cells / mm ~ 2. The density of endothelial cells in experiment monkey No.2 was 2570 cells / mm ~ 2 after 8 months and 1800 cells / mm ~ 2 at 13 months . The rate of loss of the graft endothelium exceeds the rate of physiological decline. Scanning electron microscopy confirmed: chicken corneal endothelial survival in rabbits over 9 months, the human corneal endothelial cells can survive in the monkey eye more than 14 months. Immune rejection, early and light control of hormones available, late and neovascular obvious, hormones difficult to work. The initial success of these two animal experimental models provides useful information for the future study of xenografts.
