窒息时间的长短对肾脏的损害程度报道甚少。本文对36例不同窒息时间的患儿进行肌酐及尿β_2—微球蛋白(下简称β_2—MG)检测,并与正常新生儿组对照,以观察其对肾脏的损害程度及其临床意义。 临床资料 一、对象与方法 1.窒息组36例,按Apgar评分分成重度窒息20例,轻度窒息16例。
