中国民用爆破器材学会炸药学组,于1987年12月10～12日在长沙召开了第二次会议。与会的全国62个单位的110名代表,在大会报告和分组会交流共61篇论文的基础上,评价了我国工业炸药研制的成果,讨论了我国民用爆破器材存在的问题,预估了我国今后工业炸药发展的前景。乳化炸药号称含水炸药中的“后起之秀”,我国研究单位和生产厂家均相继取得研究成果,目前已有几十家生产数十种类型的乳化炸药。近年随着乳化炸药配方、工艺的研究,逐步对其贮存的不稳定性及影响也进行深入研
