镁合金材料由于特殊的物理性能,传统的机械加工方法很难保证要求的精度和质量,具有一定的局限性。介绍了超声振动钻削镁合金材料的加工机理,通过改变切削速度、进给量、振幅等加工参数,对比分析了超声振动钻削与传统钻削加工工件的孔直线度、孔扩量、毛刺高度、粗糙度、切屑等试验结果,得出超声振动钻削具有较好的加工表面质量和加工效率,对研究镁合金的深加工具有重要的意义。
Magnesium alloy material due to the special physical properties, the traditional mechanical processing method is difficult to ensure the accuracy and quality requirements, has some limitations. The machining mechanism of ultrasonic vibrational drilling magnesium alloy was introduced. By changing the machining parameters such as cutting speed, feed rate and amplitude, the hole straightness, hole expansion and burr of ultrasonic vibration drilling and conventional drilling were comparatively analyzed. Height, roughness, chip and other test results, draw ultrasonic vibration drilling has better surface quality and processing efficiency, for the study of magnesium alloy processing is of great significance.
