用空斑形成细胞测定法、溶血素测定法和吞噬指数测定法分别检测了银杏叶提取物对小鼠抗SRBC抗体生成细胞的数目、溶血素的产生和巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响。结果表明,本提取物可使小鼠抗SRBC抗体生成细胞数及其抗体产生增加,并能增强巨噬细胞的吞噬功能,各实验组与对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。提示该提取物具有增加特异性抗体产生及增强非特异性吞噬功能的作用。
The effect of Ginkgo biloba extract on the number of anti-SRBC antibody-producing cells, the production of hemolysin, and the phagocytic function of macrophages were examined using plaque forming cell assay, hemolysin assay, and phagocytic index assay, respectively. The results showed that the extract can increase the number of anti-SRBC antibody-producing cells and its antibody production, and can enhance the phagocytosis of macrophages. There was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group (P<0.01). ). It is suggested that the extract has the effect of increasing specific antibody production and enhancing non-specific phagocytosis.
