针对某钒厂含钒熟料带式过滤机连续浸出过滤生产中残渣可溶钒含量偏高的情况,在实验室进行了熟料粒度、残渣洗水次数、残渣洗水用量、熟料浸泡时间对残渣可溶钒含量影响的模拟及优化试验研究。结果表明:洗水液/固比不低于0.65∶1,残渣洗涤次数不少于3次,浸泡时间大于25 min,可使残渣中可溶钒降至0.12%以下。较改进前(SV0.184%~0.324%),大大提高了钒的回收率,满足了生产要求。
