改革开放几十年来,我国经济结构发生了翻天覆地的变化,一个最明显的特点就是我国民营企业的迅速崛起,特别是中小型民营企业,并逐步成为市场经济的重要组成部分,但是绝大数民营企业给人的印象就是:待遇差、管理混乱。因此,对民营企业激励机制研究就具有重要的理论及时间意义。本文首先介绍一些激励理论,然后对中国民营企业的现状及问题予以分析,最后提出了一些建议及措施。
Over the past decades of reform and opening up, the economic structure of our country has undergone tremendous changes. One of the most obvious features is the rapid rise of private-owned enterprises in our country, especially small and medium-sized private-owned enterprises, and has gradually become an important part of the market economy. However, Business gives the impression that: poor treatment, management chaos. Therefore, the research on the incentive mechanism of private enterprises has important theoretical and time significance. This paper first introduces some incentive theories, then analyzes the status quo and problems of Chinese private enterprises, and finally puts forward some suggestions and measures.
