目的 探讨p16蛋白在乳腺癌中的表达及其与ER、PR表达的关系。方法 采用免疫组化法检测 84例乳腺癌的p16蛋白、ER和PR。结果 p16阳性率 ( 4 7 1% )与ER阳性率 ( 3 9 2 8% )和PR阳性率 ( 4 1 7% )相类似。p16阳性病例中淋巴结转移率 ( 2 7 5 % )远低于p16阴性者 ( 61 3 6% ) ,两者差异显著 (P <0 0 5 )。ER与淋巴结转移的关系相似 ,ER阳性病例的转移率为 3 0 3 0 % ,阴性病例转移率为 5 4 96% ,两者差异显著 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 p16、ER和PR的表达具有较强的一致性 ,从p16的异常表达可推测p16基因的突变和缺失可能与乳腺癌的发生、发展有关。p16与ER的表达与淋巴结转移有明显的相关性 ,p16和ER表达阳性的乳腺癌转移率较低 ,p16和ER均阴性者淋巴结转移率较高。因此 ,p16和ER均可作为乳腺癌预后的指标。
Objective To investigate the expression of p16 protein in breast cancer and its relationship with ER, PR expression. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect p16 protein, ER and PR in 84 cases of breast cancer. Results The positive rate of p16 (47%) was similar to that of ER (3922%) and PR (41.7%). The lymph node metastasis rate in the p16-positive cases (275%) was far lower than that in the p16-negative cases (61 36%). There was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0 05). The relationship between ER and lymph node metastasis was similar. The metastasis rate of ER-positive cases was 30.0%, and the rate of metastasis was 54.96%. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion The expression of p16, ER and PR are highly consistent. It is speculated that the mutation and deletion of p16 gene may be related to the occurrence and development of breast cancer. There was a significant correlation between the expression of p16 and ER and lymph node metastasis. The metastasis rate of breast cancer with positive expression of p16 and ER was lower. The lymph node metastasis rate was higher with p16 and ER negative. Therefore, both p16 and ER can be used as indicators of the prognosis of breast cancer.
