在参与“内地与香港教师交流及协作计划”的过程中,我作为一名交流老师,有幸能够与香港的学校、香港的教师、香港的课堂进行零距离的接触。在协作学校,和香港参与计划的协作老师集体备课,成为我的重要工作。面对同样的阅读教材,两地教师呈现出了不同的备课思路。在和香港老师一起备课的过程中,内地与香港两地的教学经验,引发着思维的碰撞,智慧的共享。
As an exchange teacher, I was fortunate to have close contact with schools in Hong Kong, teachers in Hong Kong and classes in Hong Kong while participating in the “Teacher Exchange and Collaboration Scheme for the Mainland and Hong Kong.” Collaborative schools and collaborative teachers in Hong Kong participating in the program have taken the lead in preparing lessons. It has become my important task. In the face of the same reading materials, the teachers in both places presented different ideas for preparing lessons. In the course of preparing lessons with teachers in Hong Kong, the teaching experience in the Mainland and Hong Kong has triggered the collision of ideas and the sharing of wisdom.
