介绍一种井下分级破碎机的工作原理和结构,采用双辊式破碎结构,破碎齿呈螺旋形轴向交错布置于齿辊之上,利用剪切和拉伸原理破碎物料,对于大块物料有翻转破碎的特点,小块物料可直接排出,实现筛分和破碎的双重目的,并概述了破碎辊齿的材质与成型工艺以及在煤矿生产中的应用效果,连续工业性试验生产实践表明,该型分级破碎机整机性能先进,生产效率高、设备性能稳定、处理能力大,过粉碎率低,齿辊磨损低,破碎耗能低等特点。
