目的研究米非司酮早孕药物流产敏感性相关指标。方法选因早孕行药物流产的病例63例,其中不全流产的孕妇34例,完全流产的孕妇29例。用免疫组化SP法和RT-PCR法,检测2组孕囊组织中PR、IGF-Ⅰ、VEGF蛋白和mRNA的分布及表达。结果 2组在绒毛滋养细胞核上均未见PR表达,但见其表达于子宫内膜。IGF-I蛋白表达,在不全流产组显著低于完全流产组(P<0.05);VEGF蛋白表达,在不全流产组中显著高于完全流产组(P<0.05)。IGF-Ⅰ mRNA与VEGF mRNA的表达,2组差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论绒毛中IGF-Ⅰ和VEGF蛋白的表达与米非司酮药物流产的敏感性相关。
Objective To study the related indexes of mifepristone early pregnancy induced abortion sensitivity. Methods Sixty-three cases of medical abortion due to early pregnancy were selected, including 34 cases of incomplete abortion and 29 cases of completely aborted pregnant women. Immunohistochemical SP method and RT-PCR method were used to detect the distribution and expression of PR, IGF-Ⅰ and VEGF protein and mRNA in two gestational sacs. Results There was no PR expression in the trophoblastic nuclei in both groups, but the expression was seen in the endometrium. IGF-I protein expression in patients with incomplete abortion was significantly lower than that of patients with complete abortion (P <0.05); VEGF protein expression in patients with incomplete abortion was significantly higher than that of patients with complete abortion (P <0.05). There were no significant differences in IGF-Ⅰ mRNA and VEGF mRNA expression between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion The expression of IGF-I and VEGF in villus is related to the sensitivity of mifepristone abortion.
