世界卫生组织(WHO)经过20年的研究,提出了一份关于柴油碳烟致癌影响的报告。柴油碳烟等同于石棉和神经毒气,不仅对人体健康极度有害,而且对气候也有非常有害的影响。德国铁路公司声明,未来只购置带颗粒滤清器的新型内燃机车。Tehag集团德国分公司是颗粒滤清器系统的供应商之一。该公司与其在瑞士的Tehag母公司合作,有20多年的内燃机车、动车和其他机械加装颗粒滤清器的研制经验。目前,该公司对MAK G 1206型内燃机车的小型车队进行加装作业,为用户的各种用途设计出最佳功能的颗粒滤清器系统。这种现代化的封闭式颗粒滤清器系统,采用了被动再生设计原理。该公司的企业战略,就是要使机车车辆达到最高程度的运行安全性、可靠性和用户满意度。试验表明,利用颗粒滤清器系统,可以过滤掉99.78%的固体物质,从而可达到良好的滤清度,过滤的颗粒物直径小于2.5μm。该公司在德国莫尔斯和瑞士迪森霍芬设有两个办事处,在用户驻地设有流动的组装团队,专门为用户加装颗粒滤清器。目前,在欧洲铁路上,加装的颗粒滤清器系统被视为机车和铁路工程车辆的绿色环保标志。
After two decades of research, the World Health Organization (WHO) has presented a report on the carcinogenic effects of diesel soot. Diesel soot is equivalent to asbestos and nerve gas, is not only extremely harmful to human health, but also has a very detrimental impact on the climate. Deutsche Bahn announces that in the future only the new diesel locomotive with particle filter will be purchased. Tehag Group Germany is one of the suppliers of particle filter systems. The company, in cooperation with its Tehag parent company in Switzerland, has more than 20 years of experience in the development of particle filters for diesel locomotives, motor vehicles and other machinery. The company is currently deploying a small fleet of MAK G 1206 diesel locomotives to design the best-functioning particle filter system for every application. This modern, closed particle filter system uses a passive regenerative design principle. The company’s corporate strategy is to achieve the highest level of operational safety, reliability and customer satisfaction for rolling stock. Experiments have shown that using a particulate filter system can filter out 99.78% of the solid material, so as to achieve good filtration, the diameter of the filtered particles is less than 2.5μm. The company has two offices in Morse, Germany, and Diesenhofen, Switzerland, and has a mobile assembly team at its customer premises dedicated to the installation of particulate filters. At present, on the European railway, the installation of particle filter system is regarded as a green sign for locomotives and railway construction vehicles.
