本文利用三点弯曲方法测试了钢结硬质合金的断裂韧性(K_(Ic)),并通过扫描电镜观察了合金的断口形貌。作者认为,用断裂韧性(K_(Ic))代替一次冲击韧性衡量钢结硬质合金的韧性更为合适。脆性断裂是钢结硬质合金冷变形模具的主要失效形式。本文讨论了近似工况条件下的磨损试验。得出,合金的耐磨性与其硬度和断裂韧性呈函数关系,选用最佳的热处理工艺,可使模具寿命有较大程度的提高。
In this paper, the fracture toughness (K_ (Ic)) of steel-bonded cemented carbide was tested by three-point bending method. The fracture appearance of the alloy was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The author believes that the use of fracture toughness (K_ (Ic)) instead of an impact toughness to measure the toughness of steel hardened cemented carbide is more appropriate. Brittle fracture is the main failure form of cold-formed steel mold. This article discusses the wear test under approximate operating conditions. Obtained, the wear resistance of the alloy and its hardness and fracture toughness as a function of the selection of the best heat treatment process, mold life can have a greater degree of improvement.
