在20世纪90年代以前,导师带徒活动被证明是极为有效的企业员工培训模式。但随着科学技术的发展,技术工种类别的更新,员工文化素质的提高,传统导师带徒模式在体制、师徒关系、技术传授等方面遇到了前所未有的挑战。在新形势下如何正确看待导师带徒活动,是企业员工培训所面临的重要课题。本文通过四个方面对其进行促进和完善,即为导师带徒活动确立正确的观念、改善导师选聘制度、完善技术等级认证体系及培训激励机制、加强培训及考核体制。
By the 1990s, tutor mentoring proved to be an extremely effective model of employee training. However, with the development of science and technology, the updating of categories of skilled workers and the enhancement of employees’ cultural qualities, the traditional mentor mentoring model has encountered unprecedented challenges in terms of system, mentoring relationship and technology transfer. Under the new situation, how to treat the tutor with students correctly is an important issue facing the staff training of enterprises. This article promotes and perfects it through four aspects, namely, establishing a correct concept for tutoring activities with mentors, improving tutor recruitment system, perfecting technical level certification system and training incentive mechanism, and strengthening training and examination system.
