加入WTO后,为尽快与国际工程项目管理机制接轨,工程项目管理的数字化已势在必行。本文以系统论、控制论、计算机网络技术和动态数据库为基础,建立了开放式网络型工程管理信息系统。在该系统中引入了WBS编码系统,以利于各分项在数据库中的准确定位,建立了WBS-OBS责任分配矩阵,实现了远程通讯和异地办公,从而便于数据的共享和及时交流。简要介绍了系统的建立和主要功能。
After joining the WTO, as soon as possible with the international engineering project management mechanism, digital engineering project management is imperative. Based on system theory, cybernetics, computer network technology and dynamic database, this paper establishes an open network project management information system. The WBS coding system was introduced in this system to facilitate the accurate positioning of each item in the database. The WBS-OBS responsibility assignment matrix was established to realize long-distance communication and off-site office, so as to facilitate data sharing and timely communication. Briefly introduced the system establishment and the main function.
