催产素-骨轴是目前骨代谢的研究热点。骨髓成骨细胞能分泌催产素,而催产素可结合成骨细胞、破骨细胞上的催产素受体,从而调节骨骼平衡代谢,促进骨形成,双向调节骨吸收。催产素-催产素受体系统与骨代谢间的功能独特性,已超出了人类对其固有的生理学功能的认识范畴,这不仅丰富了“垂体-骨轴”系统,催产素也因此成为当下骨代谢的研究热点,同时也反映出催产素对骨质疏松症的防治具有潜在的应用价值。“,”The oxytocin-bone axis is a hot topic of the bone metabolism at present .It′s revealed that oxy-tocin can be synthesized by osteoblasts of bone marrow ,and it can combine with its receptor which are widely covered on the surface of osteoclasts as well as osteoblasts.As a result,it can modulate the bone metabolism via promoting bone formation and a double-effects on the bone resorption.The relationship between oxytocin and bone metabolism is beyond the previous understanding of its native physiological functions , which not only enriches the pituitary hormone-bone axis,but also reflects a tendency that oxytocin can be a useful tool to prevent and cure osteoporosis potentially .
