目的:建立HPLC法同时测定丹参酮含片中二氢丹参酮Ⅰ、隐丹参酮、丹参酮Ⅰ和丹参酮ⅡA含量的方法。方法:色谱柱:Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C_(18)(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-水(55:45),流速:1.0 ml·min~(-1),检测波长254 nm。结果:二氢丹参酮Ⅰ、隐丹参酮、丹参酮Ⅰ和丹参酮ⅡA的线性范围分别是:0.0094~0.376μg(r=0.999 9),0.0360—1.4400μg(r=0.999 9),0.0224~0.896μg(r=0.999 8)和0.0300—1.2000μg(r=0.999 9)。平均回收率(RSD)分别为99.9%(3.3%)、101.7%(0.28%)、98.7%(1.0%)和100.8%(0.5%)。结论:本方法操作简便,测定结果准确,可用于丹参酮含片中二氢丹参酮Ⅰ、隐丹参酮、丹参酮Ⅰ和丹参酮ⅡA含量测定。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of dihydrotanshinone I, cryptotanshinone, tanshinone I and tanshinone II A in tanshinone tablets. Method: Column: Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C_(18) (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase: acetonitrile-water (55:45), flow rate: 1.0 ml·min-1, detection wavelength 254 nm. Results: The linear ranges of dihydrotanshinone I, cryptotanshinone, tanshinone I and tanshinone IIA were: 0.0094-0.376 μg (r=0.999 9), 0.0360-1.4400 μg (r=0.999 9), 0.0224-0.896 μg (r= 0.999 8) and 0.0300-1.2000 μg (r=0.999 9). The average recovery (RSD) was 99.9% (3.3%), 101.7% (0.28%), 98.7% (1.0%), and 100.8% (0.5%), respectively. Conclusion: This method is simple and accurate, and can be used to determine the contents of dihydrotanshinone I, cryptotanshinone, tanshinone I and tanshinone II A in tanshinone tablets.
