目的评价“安全套推广使用项目”在目前政策和法制环境下的推广模式。方法在76家娱乐场所选择提供性服务女性服务人员(FSWs)和业主各2组,每组6~8人;以访谈形式了解FSWs的知识、态度、行为等方面信息,同时对部分调查对象采集标本检测衣原体感染情况,在项目开始、进行中、结束时进行三次重复横断面调查,评价干预工作效果。结果FSWs报告最近一次提供商业性性服务时使用安全套比例从基线调查时的74.9%上升到终期评估时的92.2%;性传播疾病(STD)感染率从25.1%下降到14.1%;社会市场安全套发放量从2001年的每季度5万只上升到2003年的每季度10多万只;FSWs的STD/AIDS预防知识知晓率明显提高。结论“100%安全套推广使用项目”试点工作取得明显效果,在目前的政策环境下完全可行,应在娱乐场所大力推广。
Objective To evaluate the promotion model of “Condom Promotion and Use Project” under the current policy and legal environment. METHODS: 76 service providers were selected to provide sexual services to female service workers (FSWs) and two groups of owners, each group of 6 to 8 people; information on knowledge, attitude and behavior of FSWs was acquired through interviews, and collected from some survey respondents. Specimens were tested for chlamydial infections and three replicate cross-sectional surveys were conducted at the beginning, during, and at the end of the project to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions. Results FSWs reported that the percentage of condom use during the most recent commercial sex service rose from 74.9% at the baseline survey to 92.2% at the final assessment; STD infection rate dropped from 25.1% to 14.1%; social market condoms The issuance volume increased from 50,000 in each quarter of 2001 to more than 100,000 in each quarter of 2003; the awareness of STD/AIDS prevention knowledge among FSWs has increased significantly. Conclusion The pilot project of “100% condom promotion and use project” has achieved significant results. It is completely feasible in the current policy environment and should be promoted in entertainment venues.
