利用生物信息学方法对前期通过转录组测序获得的珙桐DiMYB1基因编码蛋白序列进行分析,为后续DiMYB1基因的功能鉴定和调控研究奠定基础。结果表明:DiMYB1蛋白全长924bp,编码307个氨基酸,相对分子量为35kDa,为亲水性蛋白。DiMYB1属于R2R3-MYB蛋白家族,含有1个信号肽结构和2个功能结构域,亚细胞定位预测该基因位于细胞核的可能性是91.3%。系统进化树分析表明,其与柿树MYB2转录因子的同源性最高,相似度为84%。
Bioinformatics analysis of the DiMYB1 gene coding sequence obtained from the previous transcriptome sequencing analysis laid the foundation for the subsequent functional identification and regulation of DiMYB1 gene. The results showed that DiMYB1 protein was 924 bp in length and encoded 307 amino acids with a relative molecular mass of 35 kDa, which was a hydrophilic protein. DiMYB1 belongs to the R2R3-MYB family of proteins and contains a signal peptide structure and two functional domains. The subcellular localization of DiMYB1 in the nucleus is 91.3%. Phylogenetic tree analysis showed that it had the highest homology with the MYB2 transcription factor of persimmon, with a similarity of 84%.
