我们这个商店是一个地区性的中型综合商店,商品供应的对象主要是附近的居民和职工,经营的商品有日用百货、针棉织品、布匹、服装等三千多种。全店共有职工28人,按经营业务性质分为三个大组,六个核算小组。大跃进以来,在经营管理方面有不少的改进和提高,并取得了一定的成绩。但也存在着一些缺点和问题,其中比较突出的是差错事故多,去年第一季度的差错损失率
