上海浦东国际机场T1航站楼流程改造工程曾在新建中庭区域布置了2台塔吊,并通过留设贯穿4层结构板面的吊装口解决材料垂直运输和塔吊拆除2个问题。但在塔吊拆除后,新建内嵌式结构被既有航站楼结构包围,无法利用外部大型机械完成结构楼板的补缺施工。吸取吊模、型钢门洞、排架门洞3个方案的优点,结合现场有利条件,利用6 m层面已完成新结构,使其各层楼板结构吊装口补缺施工顺利完成。满足了不停航运营要求,确保了工程进度,节约了工程费用。
Shanghai Pudong International Airport T1 Terminal Project Renovation Project Two towers were arranged in the newly built atrium area and two problems of vertical transportation of material and removal of tower crane were solved by leaving a hoisting port which is perforated with four layers of structural panels. However, after the tower crane is dismantled, the newly built in-line structure is surrounded by the existing terminal structure and the external large-scale machinery can not be used to complete the replacement of the structural floor. According to the advantages of the three schemes of lifting pendant, profiled steel doorway and racked door, the new structure has been completed at 6m layer according to the favorable conditions in the field, and the completion of the filling of the ceiling of each floor slab structure has been successfully completed. Meet the non-stop shipping operations requirements to ensure the progress of the project, saving construction costs.
