采用去离子水和95%乙醇分别提取白术、女贞子、太子参和黄芪。并将提取物用去离子水配制后给小鼠每天灌胃连续4周.剂量相当于原生药4g/kg,然后进行耐缺氧、游泳和抗冻试验。试验末取血测定血色素,并处死动物,摘取胸腺和肾上腺称重、计算指数。结果:①白术的抗冻试验表明.水和醇提取其作用相同;②女贞子的抗冻和耐缺氧实验表明,水提取优于醇;③白术和黄芪的肾上腺指数测定表明,仅醇提取有效。实验结果提示:应根据用途和中药品种选择适用的提取溶剂。
Dehydrated water and 95% ethanol were used to extract Atractylodes Rhizome, Ligustrum lucidum, Radix Pseudostellariae and Radix Astragali. After the extract was formulated with deionized water, the mice were orally administrated daily for 4 weeks. The dose is equivalent to 4g/kg of the original drug, and then subjected to hypoxia, swimming and antifreeze tests. At the end of the test, blood was drawn to measure hemoglobin and animals were sacrificed. Thymus and adrenal glands were weighed and the index calculated. Results: 1 Atractylodes antifreeze test indicated. The effect of water and alcohol extraction is the same; 2 antifreeze and hypoxia tolerance experiments of Ligustrum lucidum show that water extraction is better than alcohol; 3 Adjuvant index determination of Atractylodes macrocephala and Astragalus membranaceus shows that only alcohol extraction is effective. The experimental results suggest that suitable extraction solvents should be selected according to the use and variety of Chinese medicine.
