卓越教师人才培养计划实施至今,已有5年,然而关于卓越教师内涵与标准的解读和界定还存在研究层面混乱,在衡量和评价卓越教师时可操作性不强等问题。建议:应建立科学的卓越教师评价体系、卓越教师内涵与标准应进行共性与特性的描述、应积极借鉴国外先进的卓越教师评价准备体系,加快卓越教师内涵与标准的建立,从而有效推进和实施卓越教师人才培养计划。
There have been five years since the implementation of the Talent Teacher Training Program, however, the interpretation and definition of Talent Excellence Teachers still exist in such aspects as confusion at the research level and poor operability in measuring and appraising outstanding teachers. Suggestion: A scientific evaluation system of excellent teachers should be established. The connotation and standards of excellent teachers should be described in terms of commonness and characteristics. Foreign advanced teachers’ evaluation preparation system should be actively used to speed up the establishment of standards and standards for excellence teachers so as to effectively promote and implement Excellent teacher talent training program.
