竹类植物生长快、周期短、用途广泛,而我国是世界上竹类资源最丰富,竹林面积最大,产量最大的国家,开展竹类育种研究对我国经济的发展、生态效益提升和生态环境保护等方面具有重要作用。但竹子开花周期比较长,不易获得种子,杂交育种难度非常大,如何利用基因工程手段进行竹子遗传改良显得非常迫切。本文主要综述了近年来竹子基因工程如相关基因的克隆、表达、载体构建及遗传转化方面的研究进展,并对今后的发展前景进行展望。

In this paper, the recent progress in the research on the cloning, expression, vector construction and genetic transformation of bamboo genetic engineering such as related genes was reviewed, and the future development prospects were prospected.
