目的探讨数字化乳腺摄片在乳腺疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法选取我院2011年10月至2013年10月收治的205例乳腺疾病女性患者作为观察对象,使用数字化乳腺摄片进行检测,分析患者的疾病检出率及摄片质量以及检查方法的辐射剂量。结果肿块、结构扭曲、皮肤,乳头影变化及腋下淋巴结变大检出率均较低,分别为17.1%、18.0%、4.9%、5.8%。所使用的数字化乳腺摄片技术仅有1例患者因体位问题影响影像质量,导致重新对患者进行检查的概率为0.5%。数字乳腺摄片的辐射剂量较低。结论使用数字化乳腺摄片可以有效的提高乳腺疾病尤其是早期乳腺癌的检出率,减少受检者的辐射剂量。
Objective To explore the value of digital mammography in the diagnosis of breast diseases. Methods Totally 205 female patients with breast diseases who were treated in our hospital from October 2011 to October 2013 were selected as the observation objects. The digital mammography was used to detect the patients’ disease detection rate and radiographic quality and the radiation dose . Results The detection rate of lumps, structure distortions, changes of skin and papilla, and enlargement of axillary lymph nodes were all lower, which were 17.1%, 18.0%, 4.9% and 5.8% respectively. Only 1 patient using the digital mammography technique affected image quality due to posture problems, resulting in a 0.5% chance of re-examining the patient. Digital mammography radiation dose is lower. Conclusion The use of digital mammography can effectively improve the detection rate of breast diseases, especially early stage breast cancer, and reduce the radiation dose of the subjects.
