随着时代的不断进步,女性在社会生产中、社会活动参与中以及相关管理中的份量越来越重,涉及到的领域也越来越广,女性的作用也越来越大。国有企业中,女职工的心理健康问题逐渐受到企业管理层的关注,国有企业应该采取有效手段,关心与重视女职工的心理健康,激发女职工的工作积极性,促进企业生产效率的提升。因此关注女职工心理健康,提升女职工幸福指数是当前必须国有企业研究的重要课题。
With the continuous progress of the times, women have become more and more important in social production, social participation and related management, and their fields are also getting wider and wider. The role of women is also growing. In the state-owned enterprises, the mental health problems of female workers are gradually being concerned by the management of the enterprises. The state-owned enterprises should take effective measures to care for and attach importance to the mental health of female workers, stimulate the enthusiasm of women workers and promote the production efficiency of enterprises. Therefore, paying attention to the mental health of female workers and improving the happiness index of female workers are the important topics that must be studied by state-owned enterprises at present.
