班级管理是班主任按照一定的要求和原则,采取适当的方法,建构良好的班级集体,为实现共同目标不断进行调整和协调的综合性活动;是班主任对所带班学生的思想、品德、学习、生活、劳动、课外活动等项工作的管理教育的活动。但在目前的中学班级管理中,由于种种因素的影响,班级管理中存在不少问题,这些问题的存在,直接影响到素质教育目标的实现。对班级管理中存在的问题认真加以分析研究,提出可行的解决方案,对深化我国基础教育的各项改革具有重要意义。本文试图运用相关的教育理论,并结合实际,对中学班级管理中存在的问题及原因进行分析,并尝试提出解决问题的对策。

However, in the current middle school class management, due to various factors, there are many problems in class management. Carefully analyzing and studying the problems in class management and putting forward feasible solutions are of great significance to deepening all the reforms in basic education in our country. This paper attempts to use the relevant theory of education, combined with the actual situation, the middle school class management problems and causes of analysis, and try to propose solutions to the problem.
