国内外评价院前急救的功效，目前尚无统一的研究方法和评价标准，测定院前间期则是反映急诊医疗体系反应速度、救治水平的一项可行的方法。对上海市区院前急救进行的前瞻性研究结果显示。反应间期平均11．40分钟，接近病人间期1．17分钟，现场诊断间期0．76分钟，现场治疗间期0.96分钟，搬运病人间期1．15分钟，转送病人间期13．25分钟，移交病人间期1．20分钟。这项初步研究结果对评价并指导今后的上海院前急救工作将提供有价值的资料。
There is no unified research method and evaluation standard for assessing the efficacy of pre-hospital emergency at home and abroad. The pre-hospital interval is a feasible method to reflect the response speed and treatment level of the emergency medical system. The results of a prospective study of pre-hospital emergency care in Shanghai showed. The average response interval was 11.40 minutes, close to the patient interval of 1.17 minutes, the on-site diagnosis interval of 0.76 minutes, the on-site treatment interval of 0.96 minutes, the patient transfer interval of 1.15 minutes, and the transfer interval of patients 13.25 In minutes, the patient’s period is 1.20 minutes. The results of this preliminary study will provide valuable information for evaluating and guiding future pre-hospital emergency care in Shanghai.
