目的 :探讨糖尿病新西兰兔血清肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF -α)和一氧化氮 (NO)在糖尿病中的变化以及它们在糖尿病发病机制中的作用。方法 :采用高脂高糖饲料喂养新西兰兔 ,建立一种新的糖尿病动物模型。观察糖尿病新西兰兔血清中的一氧化氮水平 ,一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)活力及血清肿瘤坏死因子水平的变化。结果 :糖尿病新西兰兔出现大量蛋白尿 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;肌酐清除率 (CCr)明显增高 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;血清中肿瘤坏死因子、NO水平和NOS活力明显增高 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;血糖及胰岛素明显增高 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :糖尿病新西兰兔血清肿瘤坏死因子、NO水平和NOS活力明显增高 ,糖尿病的起因可能与它们的异常变化有关。
Objective: To investigate the changes of serum tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) and nitric oxide (NO) in diabetic New Zealand rabbits and their roles in the pathogenesis of diabetes mellitus. Methods: New Zealand rabbits were fed with high-fat and high-sugar diet to establish a new animal model of diabetes. The changes of serum nitric oxide, nitric oxide synthase (NOS) activity and serum tumor necrosis factor level in diabetic New Zealand rabbits were observed. Results: A large amount of proteinuria (P <0.05) was found in New Zealand rabbits with diabetes. The creatinine clearance (CCr) was significantly increased (P <0.01). The serum tumor necrosis factor, NO and NOS activity were significantly increased P <0.01), blood glucose and insulin were significantly higher (P <0.001). Conclusion: The levels of tumor necrosis factor, nitric oxide and NOS in serum of New Zealand rabbits with diabetes mellitus were significantly increased. The causes of diabetes may be related to their abnormal changes.
