目的研究制作一种更简单的路径图的制作方法和应用方法,达到实时修正插管方向的目的。方法通过10例典型的外周介入手术的应用,将常规得到的DSA造影图像作为蓝本,手工描绘或电脑自动检测出血管的走行和形态,利用坐标、线段、曲线、曲线边框或经过处理的造影血管图像等形式将其表现出来,再将它们作为插管参照物与实时透视影像进行重合或透明叠加后显示于同一个屏幕上,给选择性插管提供一个更加直观的路径指导。结果这种方法用在导丝进入血管分支的时候,可以起到显著的引导效果。结论这种路径图系统实现了指导介入插管的功能,是为了降低插管难度所进行的一种有价值的尝试。
Objective To study how to make a simpler method and application method of path map to achieve the goal of realigning intubation direction in real time. Methods By using 10 cases of typical peripheral interventional surgery, the conventional DSA images were taken as a blueprint and manually portrayed or automatically detected by the computer for the travel and morphology of the blood vessels. Using coordinates, line segments, curves, curvilinear borders or treated angiography vessels Images and other forms of expression, and then as a cannula reference objects and real-time fluoroscopic images overlap or transparent superimposed on the same screen, providing a more intuitive guidance for selective intubation. The results of this method used in the guide wire into the vascular branch, can play a significant guiding effect. Conclusions This pathway map system implements the function of guiding interventional intubation as a valuable attempt to reduce the difficulty of intubation.
