一、前言近年来原子发射光谱分析用的光源出现了新的进展,ICP是光源发展过程中的重大突破之一。ICP的历史发展过程、原理、实验装置、分析方面的种种性能在文献资料中都有详细评述。我国有不少单位相继开展了这方面的工作,我所李炳林等同志曾用以分析金属钙的纯度。过去工作中所遇到的困难之一是雾化器的制作问题:对如何选择雾化器的尺寸缺乏依据,因此在制作的许多雾化器中,只能挑出几个可用的,甚至全部报废。本文的目的就是试图探索雾化器对气流量、溶液的提取量等这些参数大致有些什么要求,它应具备怎样的规格。
I. Introduction In recent years, new progress has been made in the light source used for the analysis of atomic emission spectrometry. ICP is one of the major breakthroughs in the light source development. The historical development of the ICP process, principles, experimental equipment, analysis of the various properties are detailed in the literature review. Many units in our country have carried out this work in succession. The comrades such as Li Binglin used to analyze the purity of metallic calcium. One of the difficulties encountered in the past was the production of nebulisers: there was no basis on how to choose the size of the nebulizer. Therefore, in many of the nebulizers made, only a few available, or even all scrapped. The purpose of this article is to try to find out what kind of requirements the atomizer has on gas flow, solution extraction, etc., and what kind of specifications it should have.
