人力资源管理是现代管理体系中的重要内容,经济学在人力资源管理研究中的重要应用最为普遍,为人力资源管理的现代化发展提供了充足的理论支持,因此在现代人力资源管理中大力引进经济学理论和相应地研究方法是适应时代发展的需要。本文就在现实的基础上应用基本的经济学原理对人力资源管理的基本问题进行了分析,并重点探讨了人力资源规划分析、效益最优以及薪酬与激励机制,寻找出人力资源管理中的主要问题,并相应地提出了合理的解决方案,希望对促进人力资源管理的进一步发展具有一定的指导意义。
Human resource management is an important part of the modern management system.
