本文着重介绍可编程序控制器在排水泵站除污系统方面的应用实例,除污系统自动化程度的提高,对于减轻工人的劳动强度,改善作业环境,提高水泵的工作效率等方面,将会收到明显的经济效益和社会效益。作者以实例比较详细地介绍了这方面的工程实现,并且指出进一步发展完善的途径。目前,随着城市建设的不断发展,高层建筑和大型立交桥的出现,城市低洼地区内涝现象日益严重。解决问题的恨本途径在于增加排水管网的吸收面积和排水泵站的机排能力,而泵站格栅除污效果的好坏直接影响系统的正常排水和水泵的效率。因此,提高泵站除污机的可靠性和自动化水平也就显得尤为重要。本文着重介绍EX20可编程序控制器在除污机上的应用。
