南美白对虾(Penaenus Vannanmei)属白虾类,亦称万氏对虾、白脚虾,原产于中、南太平洋沿岸水域秘鲁北部到墨西哥桑诺拉一带,以厄瓜多尔沿岸的分布最为集中,是迄今所知世界养殖产量最高的三大优良虾种(斑节对虾、南美白对虾和中国对虾)之一,是集约化高产养殖的优良品种。南美白对虾以其壳薄体肥、肉质鲜嫩、生长迅速、群体增长均匀、抗病力强、对蛋白质要求低(20％～25％)等优点,深受生产和消费者青睐。为了促进我省名优渔业发展,我们对养殖周期短、抗病力强的南美白对虾进行了淡化池塘养殖试验研究,以期找到适合我省池塘特点的养殖方式。 Penaeus vannamei is a white shrimp, also known as shrimp, white shrimp, white feet shrimp, native to the South Pacific waters of northern Peru to the Sonora area around Mexico to the distribution of the Ecuador’s most concentrated is so far It is known that one of the three fine shrimp species (Penaeus monodon, Penaeus vannamei and Chinese shrimp) with the highest aquaculture production in the world is an excellent variety with intensive high-yielding culture.
