浮动油封具有结构简单,密封可靠,保养方便,寿命长的特点,已在履带铲土运输机械上被广泛采用。其工作面的结构型式有平面、球面,迷宫式等多种,又以平面和球面的多见。本文将以浮封环密封机理对常用的两种结构型式浮封环优缺点进行分析。以支重轮浮动油封为例,一对浮动油封环工作面互相接触并相对回转,起着保存支重轮内的润滑油和防止泥沙侵入的作用。为使浮动密封环切实起到上述作用,我们给以一定的轴向推力。如图1所示,在轴向推力作用下,浮封环后退,使密封胶圈受到压缩和扭转,其反作用力作用到浮封环上。如果不考虑密封胶圈的内部损失,近似地
