水泥回转窑是水泥生产的核心部分,水泥回转窑系统主要包括:主电动机、辅助电动机(窑辅机)、减速机、减速机油站、挡轮液压站等,其中回转窑主电动机控制方案已很成熟。而针对窑辅机的自动控制还尚未得到足够重视,为了提高窑辅机的效率,提高设备的可靠性,我们设计了窑辅机的自动控制方案。本文将结合我公司总承包的哈萨克斯坦梅那拉尔水泥厂3000t/d生产线具体案例对此方案进行介绍。
Cement rotary kiln is the core part of cement production. Cement rotary kiln system mainly includes main motor, auxiliary motor (auxiliary kiln), reducer, reducer oil station and hydraulic block station, etc. The main motor control scheme of rotary kiln is very good mature. However, the automatic control of the kiln auxiliaries has not been paid enough attention yet. In order to improve the efficiency of the kiln auxiliaries and improve the reliability of the kiln, we designed the automatic control scheme of the kiln auxiliaries. This article will be combined with my company general contracting Kazakhstan Mayonnaara Cement Plant 3000t / d production line specific case of this program are introduced.
