奶奶炒花生的手艺可谓一绝,花生仁香脆可口,花生壳却跟生的差不多。可奶奶还要拜我为师呢!你说新鲜不?奶奶炒花生非常讲究:先把一些粗沙放在锅里加热,用锅铲不停地翻动,使沙子均匀受热。沙子热了以后把花生放在锅里慢慢地翻炒,火不能太大也不能太小。闻到香味的时候就停止加热,盖上锅盖,让花生在沙锅里焐。这可是炒花生的窍门。十来分钟后,把花生和沙子一起铲到竹筛里,筛去砂子。摆在你面前的就是一堆香味扑鼻的花生了。逢年过节,邻居大妈大婶都请奶奶帮她们炒上几斤花生。奶奶也乐此不疲,很有成就感。
