目的为了解辖区沿线伙食团基本卫生状况,给卫生监督执法提供依据和制定更加有效的管理对策。方法2009年对辖区3个铁路地区49户伙食团情况进行调查。结果有效卫生许可证持证率97.96%,从业人员健康证持证率97.83%;沿线伙食团存在主要问题为食品进货查验记录登记不全面,索证不全或索证资料已过有效期;食品进货查验记录合格率为12.24%,索证索票合格率30.61%;存在食源性疾病的隐患。结论应加大沿线伙食团食品索证索票监督和处罚力度,确保食品原料源头卫生安全。
Objectives To understand the basic health status of food parcels along the jurisdiction of the district, provide the basis for health supervision and law enforcement and formulate more effective management measures. Methods In 2009, the investigation of 49 food groups in 3 railway areas in the area was conducted. Results The effective hygiene permit rate was 97.96%, and the practitioners health certificate rate was 97.83%. The main problems along the line were the incomplete registration of the food purchase record, the incomplete or unsubstantiated data, Record pass rate of 12.24%, cable certificate pass rate of 30.61%; there are hidden dangers of foodborne diseases. Conclusion The supervision and punishment of food coupons along food lines should be stepped up to ensure the hygiene and safety of food ingredients at the source.
