结合国家电网公司“苏州西锡西南500 kV变电站无人值班科技项目”研究内容,提出了500 kV无人值班变电站的设计思路和技术原则,从一次设备、计算机监控系统、继电保护、防误闭锁、电源、图像监视安全警卫及辅助系统、以及建筑和设施简化等方面阐述了无人值班站的设计思路,并就试点变电站的几项重点技术,如程序化控制方案、保护数据信息及与监控的接口设计等进行了论述。
Combined with the research work of State Grid Corporation of China on “Unmanned Technology Project of West-West Wuxi 500 kV Substation in Suzhou City”, the design principle and technical principle of 500 kV unattended substation are put forward. From primary equipment, computer monitoring system, relay protection, Anti-misoperation lock, power supply, video surveillance security guard and auxiliary system, as well as the simplification of buildings and facilities, etc. The design ideas of unmanned station are expounded. Several key technologies of pilot substation, such as programmed control scheme, data protection information And the interface design and monitoring were discussed.
