职业倦怠的研究越来越多,并已深入到警察领域。警察职业倦怠是指警察不能有效处理工作压力而产生的心理方面的厌倦状态。本文从含义、表现及影响、发展模式、研究工具、原因分析和干预六个方面对我国警察职业倦怠的研究进行综述,并汇总和展望。 More and more studies on job burnout have penetrated the police field. Police job burnout refers to the mentally boredom the police can not effectively handle the pressure of work. This article summarizes the research on police job burnout in China from six aspects: meaning, performance and influence, development model, research tools, causes and interventions.
